Seneca D. Bing, M.Ed.
Seneca D. Bing is the founder and president of Aliyah's Light Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassionate support to families navigating the loss of a child. As the author of the Aliyah Book Series, she combines her roles as an educator, advocate, and certified grief educator to raise awareness and offer healing resources. Above all, Seneca is Aliyah's mom, whose memory continues to inspire her work in supporting others through their grief journey.

Carlos N. Bing, LPCC
Carlos N. Bing I is a licensed professional clinical counselor, dedicated husband, and loving father. In addition to his professional work at Key Counseling & Consultation, he serves as the Treasurer of Aliyah's Light Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support, where he plays a crucial role in advancing the organization's mission. As Aliyah's dad, his commitment to helping families heal and find support is deeply personal, reflecting his desire to honor his daughter’s legacy while guiding others through their grief journey.

Secretary
Tanya R. McDay, M.B.A.
Tanya R. McDay serves as the Executive Assistant and Secretary of Aliyah's Light, bringing passion and dedication to her role in supporting grandparents who have experienced the loss of a grandchild. As Aliyah's grandma, Tanya's personal connection to the cause fuels her compassion and commitment to helping others navigate their grief. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and her love for them shines through in her work and her life.

Aliyah's Light Advisory Board
The Advisory Committee of Aliyah's Light plays a vital role in shaping the organization's vision and implementing its programs. Each member brings a unique set of skills, expertise, and personal experiences, which contribute to the development of thoughtful initiatives aimed at supporting families affected by pregnancy and infant loss.
